The Problem

The client needed to make their property fully accessible for a family member who uses a wheelchair. The existing layout included steps that made movement difficult and unsafe. In addition, the original retaining wall on the property was aging and required replacement to ensure long-term stability and proper drainage.

The Solution

We designed and constructed a smooth, step-free ramp to allow safe and easy wheelchair access throughout the space. The ramp was carefully graded to meet accessibility needs without compromising functionality. We also removed the existing retaining wall and replaced it with a new, durable structure, installing larger drainage pipes to improve performance and longevity.

The Outcome

The completed project created a safe, accessible environment for the client’s father while significantly improving the durability and functionality of the property.
