The Problem

The existing stairs were collapsing and unsafe, and poor drainage caused water buildup from roof runoff.

The Solution

We replaced the failing stairs with new steps and a retaining wall. A French drain system and dry wells were installed to properly collect and disperse water into the soil.

The Outcome

The hardscape is now safe, stable, and built for longevity, with an improved drainage system that protects the structure and surrounding landscape.
